We are seeking enthusiastic, ambitious, and creative entry-level graphic design professionals to join our print design department . This is a full-time, on-site position with a Tuesday–Saturday schedule.

In this role, you’ll combine your design skills with customer service, becoming the first point of contact for our clients. Every day, you’ll make a difference by ensuring each family receives meaningful, high-quality memorial pieces.

Graphic Design Responsibilities:

• Create print-ready designs for memorial products
• Collaborate with teammates to meet deadlines and maintain quality
• Bring creativity and innovation to every project

Customer Service Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients by phone and email
• Process and manage orders with accuracy and care
• Resolve issues with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery

Design Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & InDesign required)
• Degree or certificate in Graphic Design (or related field) from an accredited institution
• A strong portfolio demonstrating design skills (required)
• Willingness to learn, grow, and collaborate in a team setting

Customer Service Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A calm, professional, and compassionate demeanor
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Previous customer service experience is a plus

• Job Type: Full-time (Tuesday–Saturday)
• Pay: $17.00 – $18.00 per hour + bonus pay opportunities
• Schedule Options: 8-hour shift, 10-hour shift, overtime available
• Location: Montgomeryville, PA (on-site presence required)
