High Volume Data Entry Specialist

Location: Manchester, New Hampshire

Full-time, $17 per hour plus benefits and more

Hours: Monday-Friday 8 AM-4 PM

About the Role

As a High Volume Data Entry Specialist, you will play a vital role in document review and data entry, positively impacting the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, sort, and open daily mail.
• Scan documents utilizing the OPEX mail extractor machine.
• Perform data entry, review documents, and post payments.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all scanned documents.
• Manage additional assignments and handle multiple tasks as necessary.
• Lift up to 40lbs as needed.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must pass background and drug screening.
• Ability to operate multiple software programs simultaneously.
• Strong attendance and punctuality.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Capable of both independent and team-oriented work.
• Exhibit a positive, team-player mindset.
• 1-2 years of mailroom experience preferred.
• Ten Key experience is a plus.
• Proficient keyboard skills.
• Familiarity with the OPEX mail extractor machine preferred but not required.
