The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing sales operations and driving business development initiatives. Responsibilities Conduct market visits to assess listings and competitors, providing insights for strategic planning. Execute cold outreach to potential and former hosts, developing and refining sales strategies. Engage with local communities and digital forums to identify and connect with potential hosts and influencers. Experiment with new strategies and rapidly prototype operational processes. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to test and refine messaging. Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. Proactive self-starter with a hands-on approach. Excellent communication skills, comfortable with cold calling and digital engagement. Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities. Experience in customer success, outbound sales, or community engagement. Passion for hospitality and real estate.
