Responsibilities Assist our Hospitality Team with setting up tastings. Work proactively to anticipate the needs of the team and ensure setup is complete and accurate prior to guest arrival. Provide training and support to other team members to help them perform up to expectations. Maintain safe, clean, and sanitary conditions in the kitchen and guest-facing areas. Fill in where needed to ensure guest service is not compromised. Qualifications 2 years of experience in a similar role. High school diploma. Responsible Beverage Service certification. Ability to work independently and as part of a high-functioning team. Ability to communicate effectively in the predominant language; bilingual is strongly preferred. Physical requirements Ability to lift 30 lbs. Ability to stand, ascend and descend stairs.
