The weekly schedule would be 2 Night Audit shifts - 11 pm to 7 am - and 3 Evening Shifts - 3 pm to 11 pm. Responsibilities: • Bookkeeping: keep accurate records of all hotel guest account information • Answer incoming calls and questions about guests’ needs in-person and online regarding room bookings, room rates, amenities, available rooms, rewards programs, and special requests • Field customer complaints when necessary • Connect with the housekeeping department to ensure guest accommodations are ready • Give every guest a warm welcome, check them in, and check them out when they leave, ensuring you provide correct keys and room numbers Qualifications: • Possesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills • Has previous experience or working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent • 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry as a hotel front desk agent, hotel receptionist, or guest service specialist preferred • Has experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations Compensation: $15.50 - $15.75 hourly
