Job Description

Hours: 3:30 AM to 11:30 AM, includes weekends We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our Building Maintenance team at Raintree Country Club in beautiful south Charlotte. The ideal candidate will take pride in the cleanliness and overall appearance of the club's facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for our members and guests. Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize all areas of clubhouse, restaurant, tennis building, and golf course restrooms.
• Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and fittings.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
• Replenish supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning products and notify management when supplies are low.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as needed.

• Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred.
• Ability to work early morning hours.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills; English-Spanish bilingual a plus.
• Legally authorized to operate a motor vehicle.

• Frequently stands, walks, climbs stairs.
• Regularly uses hands, pushes, pulls, reaches with arms and hands, talks and hears.
• Occasionally climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crawls, crouches.
• Regularly lifts up to 25 pounds and occasionally lifts up to 50 pounds.
• Occasionally operates a golf cart.
