We invite you to bring your expertise and enthusiasm to the Housekeeping Manager role at the Hampton Inn by Hilton. As a pivotal member of our management team, you will lead the housekeeping department, ensuring our hotel maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction consistent with Hilton's values. Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including cleaning schedules for rooms, common areas, and conference facilities.
• Recruit, train, and manage housekeeping staff, ensuring all team members are equipped for success.
• Perform quality checks and inspect rooms and public areas to ensure all spaces meet Hilton’s rigorous cleanliness standards.
• Manage and maintain inventory of all cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring budgetary guidelines are met.
• Collaborate with the maintenance department to coordinate room repairs and general upkeep.
• Resolve guest issues and complaints concerning housekeeping service and equipment in a timely and professional manner.
• Develop and implement housekeeping systems and procedures that improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Prepare reports on activity, personnel, and information such as occupancy, cleaning costs, and department expenses.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a housekeeping management role, ideally within the Hilton family of brands.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
• Familiarity with housekeeping standards and cleaning techniques.
• Proficiency in managing budgets and cost controls.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
