IS International Services is seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to support our human resources department. In this role, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks that are essential to the smooth functioning of HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and organize new employee files, ensuring all documents are accurately scanned and stored.
• Assist in pulling termination files along with I-9 documentation for compliance purposes.
• Contribute to an I-9 review project by verifying employee documents.
• Perform filing duties and data entry to keep our HR systems updated.
• Draft and prepare job offers and merit documents as needed.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new candidates.
• Manage electronic filing systems to enhance document retrieval and storage.
• Conduct job description evaluations to ensure role clarity.
• Creating offers, merit forms and creating merit documents.

Requirements

• Utilize Excel, Power Point, and other software for various HR-related tasks.
• Experience in SuccessFactors.
