The ideal candidate will have broad experience in employment-based cases, including labor certifications, EB-1 petitions, nonimmigrant visa petitions, and J-1 waiver applications.

Salary: The estimated annual base salary range for this position is $130,000 $180,000. Actual base salary will be based on criteria such as experience, qualifications, and skill level.
