Position Title: Industrial Engineer

Wage: $65,000 - $82,000/year

We are looking for a motivated Industrial Engineer to join a growing distribution operations team in Rockford, IL. This role is central to driving process improvements, facility optimization, and innovation in material-handling systems. What You’ll Do:
- Analyze workflows, layouts, and processes to identify efficiency gains
- Lead time studies, workflow simulations, and data-driven improvement projects
- Optimize space utilization, labor productivity, and throughput
- Support automation, WMS, and material-handling technology initiatives
- Develop SOPs, documentation, and best practices for scalability
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, IT, and Facilities teams

What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
- 2+ years of industrial engineering experience (distribution, logistics, or supply chain preferred)
- Strong analytical skills (Excel, SQL, or simulation tools)
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or CI methodologies
- Experience with facility layout design and AutoCAD (preferred)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
