\n • Shifts:  Monday – Friday 2nd Shift 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM OR 3rd Shift 11PM to 7:30AM

\n Compensation:
\n • Pay Rate: $36.00/hour + 8% shift differential

\n Position Summary
\nWe are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Troubleshooting Technician with strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills. The ideal candidate will excel at identifying, analyzing, and resolving complex equipment and system issues not simply performing preventative maintenance. This role requires critical thinking, problem-solving ability, and a proactive approach to maintaining operational efficiency across machinery and facility systems.\n\n

\n Key Responsibilities \n\n
    \n\t
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical system malfunctions with minimal supervision.\n\t
  • Repair or replace defective equipment components using hand tools and power tools; reassemble and test repaired equipment.\n\t
  • Inspect drives, motors, belts, and fluid systems; replace filters and perform other maintenance actions to ensure operational integrity.\n\t
  • Assemble, install, or repair wiring, electrical components, pipe systems, plumbing, and industrial machinery.\n\t
  • Use a variety of hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments, including electronic testing devices.\n\t
  • Inspect, operate, and test equipment to confirm repairs and ensure safe, efficient performance.\n\t
  • Clean and lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, and other machinery parts as needed.\n\t
  • Record all maintenance and repair activities, including parts used and associated costs.\n\t
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment, following all safety and compliance protocols.\n

\n Required Qualifications \n\n
    \n\t
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required.\n\t
  • Experience: 5–7 years of hands-on experience in industrial, mechanical, or electrical maintenance roles.\n\t
  • Proven ability to independently diagnose and resolve complex system issues not limited to routine preventive maintenance.\n\t
  • Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems, tools, and troubleshooting techniques.\n
