Trademark Associate (Junior) – Intellectual Property
Locations: Silicon Valley, San Francisco, Washington, D.C., New York

Direct Counsel is representing an AmLaw 100 firm seeking a Junior Trademark Associate (1–4 years of experience) to join its internationally recognized Trademark practice , working with leading clients in the technology and life sciences sectors. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your IP career with a top-tier team handling complex domestic and international trademark matters.
What We’re Looking For 1–4 years of experience in trademark law
Experience in trademark prosecution, counseling, and enforcement (domestic and international)
Superior analytical, writing, and oral communication skills
Strong academic credentials
Admission to the Bar (or eligibility to sit/waive into the next exam) in the state where the work will be performed

Base Salary Range: $225,000 – $310,000 (commensurate with experience, education, and location)
