The IT Manager will be responsible for leading the strategic and operational direction of the organization's information technology functions. This position focuses on aligning IT resources to support and improve critical business operations, fostering the implementation of advanced and secure technologies such as AI and automation, and developing long-term strategies that drive growth, optimize efficiency, and strengthen competitive positioning.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the organization's IT strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
• Oversee the development and implementation of innovative and secure technologies, focusing on automation and AI applications.
• Define and execute long-term plans to optimize the organization's IT infrastructure.
• Drive project planning and execution for technology-related initiatives.
• Lead, manage, and mentor IT teams at various levels.
• Support customization and development of software applications tailored to business needs.
• Improve system reliability, security, and performance through data-driven analytical approaches.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external vendors to meet organizational objectives.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT
• Must have manufacturing experience
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft network systems.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Proven track record of successful project planning and execution.
• Familiarity with AI-driven analytics, automation tools, or machine learning applications to enhance business functionality is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with diverse audiences, both internally and externally.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to optimize IT systems for performance and security.
