• Own the management, security, and performance of all IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, firewalls, and virtual environments.

• Oversee ERP system operations and modules, ensuring accuracy, uptime, and ongoing user support.

• Lead the implementation of cybersecurity best practices and risk mitigation strategies across the organization.

• Provide hands-on technical support and training to internal users to maintain productivity across all departments.

• Direct all IT projects, from infrastructure refreshes to software rollouts, ensuring timely and successful execution.

• Serve as the primary liaison for IT vendors and consultants while managing procurement and IT budgets.

• Support CAD/CAM systems and ensure their seamless integration with production and engineering functions.

• Monitor compliance with IT standards and industry regulations to maintain operational integrity.

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 5 years in IT management or senior IT support, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

• Strong background in ERP systems (Epicor, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, etc.).

• Proficiency in managing Windows Server environments, Active Directory, networking, and Group Policy.

• Skilled in virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V.

• Experience developing and enforcing cybersecurity policies and procedures.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.

• Industry certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Cisco CCNA, or Microsoft MCP.

• Familiarity with CAD/CAM system support and shop floor system integration.

• Experience with ICS/OT systems in a manufacturing setting.

• Demonstrated success managing complex IT projects from end to end.
