Jr. Law Contracts Administrator with Large Record Company 
3 Month Assignment
Hybrid- 3-4 days onsite per week in NYC- Madison Ave
Pay Range- $19-$20 hr w2 

We are looking for either a law school student or a recent law school graduate. Given the legal side of things they’ll be working on, it has proven to be incredibly helpful to ensure they have the legal mindset.

Job Description

• Review and interpret various types of agreements, such as recording agreements, soundtrack agreements, merchandise agreements, and label joint ventures
• Extract key information from such agreements and input directly into the company’s internal contract database
• Review information in contract database to ensure its accuracy and update as necessary
• Run reports and pull information from the contract database for various departments and senior management
• Maintain talent rosters, including internal and external contacts
• Perform historical contractual clean-up
• Assist in ad hoc projects for the greater Business & Legal Affairs department
