Job Description

We are looking for a Kindergarten English Teacher for a Kindergarten based in Shanghai. This is a full-time position starting ASAP. Job responsibilitiesTogether with teaching assistants, support the children in their learning ‐journey from Monday to Friday from 8am to 4:30pm. During this time, you will:Teach kindergarten students 3-6 years old in small classPrepare tutoring techniques, design and correct assessments, and write report commentsResponsible for lesson planning, daily classroom management and classroom activities organizationCreate an optimal learning care environment, and an appropriate classroom environment that is conducive to learning RequirementsBachelor's degree or aboveHold a teaching certificateWorking experience preferred Salary and benefitsMonthly salary of 25,000 to 32,000 RMB depending on experience and qualificationsPublic holidays and 2 days’ Christmas vacation5 weeks paid holidaysFree lunch on weekdaysContract Completion BonusAccident and Health Insurance coverageOngoing professional teacher development and training programsOpportunities for promotion in management, training and research departments
