We specialize in high-quality installation and maintenance services across a variety of commercial project types, including student housing, municipal spaces, industrial parks, and data centers. With a commitment to excellence and a strong reputation in the industry, we are seeking an experienced and driven Estimator to join our team and help us continue to deliver outstanding results. 

Position Overview:  

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Landscape/Hardscape Estimator with proven experience in commercial construction. This role is responsible for accurately preparing cost estimates, analyzing project plans and specifications, and working closely with our operations team to secure and execute profitable projects. 

Key Responsibilities:  

• Review and interpret civil, landscape, structural and architectural drawings and specifications 
• Perform detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for landscape, irrigation, and hardscape scopes 
• Solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotes 
• Prepare and submit complete bid packages for public and private projects 
• Coordinate with project managers, field supervisors, and leadership during the preconstruction phase 
• Participate in pre-bid meetings and job walks as needed 
• Assist in project handoffs and cost-tracking post-award 
• Maintain historical pricing and project cost database 

Qualifications:  

• 3+ years of experience in landscape and hardscape estimating (commercial focus required) 
• Proficient in reading construction documents and performing detailed take-offs 
• Strong understanding of industry materials, installation practices, and equipment 
• Experience with estimating software (e.g., Aspire, Bluebeam, Excel-based takeoffs) 
• Excellent math, organizational, and time-management skills 
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple bids under tight deadlines 
• Strong communication and negotiation skills 

Preferred:  

• Background in field operations, project management, or site supervision a plus 
• Experience with OST software and project management platforms
