Salary Range : $150,000 - $250,000, based on experience

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

What You'll Do

Client Advisory & Retention (80%)

• Lead and manage a portfolio of 100-120 client relationships with high attention to service and outcomes
• Design and implement strategic financial plans tailored to client goals, investment strategies, and risk tolerance
• Provide unbiased advice on investments, tax strategies, and estate planning
• Conduct discovery meetings, portfolio reviews, and ongoing planning sessions
• Oversee all aspects of client service in partnership with support staff
• Coach and mentor associate advisors and support staff
• Share best practices and promote continuous learning
• Serve as a strategic contributor to firm-wide initiatives

Growth & Business Development (10%)

• Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and expand services
• Proactively pursue client referrals and new business opportunities

What You Bring to the Table

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related field
• 8-12 years of experience as a Financial Advisor, with 5+ years as a Lead Advisor
• Expert-level knowledge of holistic financial planning, especially for high-net-worth individuals
• Strong emotional intelligence, active listening, and communication skills
• High integrity, empathy, and ability to build trust quickly
• Comfortable using tools such as Redtail, eMoney, Orion, Holistiplan, and Charles Schwab
