Key Responsibilities for the Leasing Agent:

• Welcome potential tenants and conduct tours of available properties and communal facilities.
• Address inquiries received through telephone, electronic mail, and in-person visits with courtesy and competence.
• Assist candidates throughout the leasing procedure, including applications, background checks, and signing of lease agreements.
• Keep informed about current vacancies and promotional materials. Provide support with resident matters, lease renewals, and standard office duties.
• Work together with property management to achieve occupancy objectives.

Qualifications for the Leasing Agent:

• Prior experience in customer service or sales is advantageous; experience in property management is beneficial.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Solid organizational capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Familiarity with standard property management programs and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• A high school diploma or its equivalent is necessary.
