Leasing Specialist Washington DC Pay From: $23 per hour

MUST:

The Leasing Specialist must have the following: Sales oriented with strong customer service support experience People person Creative with the ability to spread the word about property thru marketing, social media and local events Technically savvy Retail or sales experience Ability to build relationships Comfortable giving prospective tenants a tour of site Organized and detailed Professional with the ability to close prospective tenants on the building Strong computer skills

DUTIES:

The Leasing Specialist s duties include but are not limited to the following: Schedule appointments with prospective tenants Send out paperwork to new tenants Market property using social media and attending community events Document and update information in company database Confirm required documentation is obtained and review for accuracy Give tours of building Sell prospective tenants on why they should live at this site Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
