We're looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Level 1 Assistant Manager to join our team in Mena, United States. As a Level 1 Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in supporting daily operations, leading team members, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Assist in overseeing daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow
Lead and motivate team members to achieve performance goals and maintain high standards
Manage cash handling procedures and maintain accurate financial records
Monitor and control inventory levels, placing orders as needed
Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues effectively
Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
Assist in staff scheduling and ensure appropriate coverage for all shifts
Participate in employee training and development initiatives
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Collaborate with upper management to implement new strategies and improve store performance
Handle administrative tasks such as paperwork and reporting
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Proficiency in basic math and cash handling
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
Demonstrated ability to follow and enforce policies and procedures
Physical requirements include standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping/bending, crouching/squatting, reaching, driving, and hand tasks. Team members may be required to utilize pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, pizza cutter and pizza peel.
