Pyramid Consulting is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) ED - Emergency Department Level I for a nursing job in Douglasville, Georgia.
Job Description & RequirementsThe RN Clinical Nurse in the Emergency Department provides high-quality, safe, and individualized patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team. Practice follows the Wellstar Professional Practice Model, Shared Governance, evidence-based standards, and the Georgia Nurse Practice Act while supporting patient advocacy and service excellence.
Core ResponsibilitiesExemplary Practice: Performs the full Nursing Process using critical thinking and evidence-based care; provides culturally sensitive, patient-centered care; engages patients and families in care planning; follows current clinical standards.English proficiency; basic computer skills; strong communication and teamwork; ability to work in a fast-paced emergency environment; excellent time-management and critical-thinking skills.
Education\nGraduate of an accredited nursing program (required); BSN (preferred).\n\n\nLicensure & Certifications\nRN (single-state or compact); BLS; ACLS; PALS preferred.\n\nExperience:Completion of required nursing clinical hours (required); direct patient care experience (preferred).
