• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Setting: Hospital System
• Type of Cases: Bread and butter, regional blocks, no hearts/heads/backs
• Credentialing: 90 days

Minimum Requirements
• Board Certified CRNA
• Certifications: BLS ACLS
• Licensure: Illinois – Active
