Located in Siren, WI

Salary: $16 -18 an hour

Shifts:

1st shift - Monday - Friday, 7:00AM- 3:00PM $16 - Project position that could turn long term

3rd shift - Monday - Friday, 11:00PM-7:00AM $18 - In this position you will need to be able to train on 1st shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate plastic injection molding machines safely and efficiently.
• Assemble and package products accurately and efficiently, following work instructions.
• Perform quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet company standards.
• Identify and report any defective materials or faulty equipment.
• Assist with other production tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for 8-hour periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
