Staffmark is hiring a Mail Sorter in Fife, WA! Join our fast-paced team and help keep mail moving efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for entry-level candidates looking to gain warehouse experience with flexible shifts.

Pay: $19.00/hour

Schedule: Monday-Saturday | Start times vary between 6:00 AM & 7:00 AM | Shifts range from 5-8 hours.

What You'll Do:

• Sort mail quickly and accurately to meet daily quotas.
• Lift, carry, and move packages up to 50 lbs.
• Walk, stand, bend, and stoop as needed throughout the shift.
• Communicate effectively with leads and team members.
• Follow all safety rules and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Maintain excellent attendance and be flexible with scheduling.

Qualifications:

• Entry-level candidates considered; 6+ months of warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to meet hourly production quotas.
