Overview
Responsible for day-to-day benefits administration, managing vendor relationships, and collaborating across internal teams and with leadership on the overall Total Rewards strategy.

Certifications: Education: - Bachelor's Degree: Related Field or
- Experience In Lieu of Education
Work Experience: - Human Resources - 5 years
Responsibilities
- Manage Health, Welfare and Retirement offerings.
- Recommends benefit programs
- Analyzes team member requirements, trends and overall changes in the benefits landscape.
- Responds to escalated team member inquiries regarding benefits.
- Responsible for the day-to-day oversight of the team members; makes work assignments
- Reviews and edits work of direct reports
- Ensures team members are adequately trained and are competent to perform all required job task.
- Manages annual open enrollment.
- Provides audit support during annual audits
- Works with auditors to ensure all necessary information is received.
- Develops communication plans for benefit changes.
- Coordinates required notice distribution via email and printed materials.

Compensation and Benefits
The compensation range for this position is $47.73per hour - $82.1per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
