We are seeking a Manufacturing Production Manager to join our team! You will oversee the activities of a team of production workers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and motivate a production team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Maintain top-notch quality and safety standards for your shift’s operations.
• Partner with Sales and Operations to ensure on-time, efficient delivery of product orders.
• Oversee resources, materials, and supply levels to meet and exceed production goals.
• Hold your team accountable while creating a positive, safe, and results-driven culture.

Ensure compliance with safety protocols, and plant policies

​ Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years in supervisory or management roles
• Education: High school diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Leadership: Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop teams in a production setting.
• Industry Fit: Mechanically inclined with strong computer skills.
• Work Authorization: Must be currently authorized to work in the USA without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
