Kelly Services is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to support a manufacturing client in the marking and coding industry. This is a full-time, on-site contract role responsible for creating and executing marketing initiatives that support lead generation, brand visibility, and sales enablement across various channels. The ideal candidate will be skilled in campaign planning, digital marketing, event coordination, and content creation.
\n\n \n Key Responsibilities: \n\nPlan and execute promotional events, including Pack Expo, handling logistics, setup/breakdown, scheduling, and travel coordination.
\n\t\n\tSupport a segmentation refresh project to better target fragmented markets.
\n\t\n\tAnalyze product line profitability data and identify root causes for performance trends.
\n\t\n\tCollaborate with Product and Sales Management to develop and execute multimedia marketing campaigns.
\n\t\n\tCreate content for email marketing, including copy, design, and layout.
\n\t\n\tCoordinate print and digital advertising efforts.
\n\t\n\tDevelop and manage website content and updates, ensuring SEO and UX best practices are followed.
\n\t\n\tCreate and maintain sales collateral, ensuring consistency across platforms.
\n\t\n\tWork closely with internal teams and external partners to keep social media and website content current.
\n\t\n\tServe as a project lead for promotional events and tradeshow initiatives.
\n\t\n\tCollaborate with channel partners to support joint go-to-market strategies.
\n\t\nBachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
\n\t\n\t3–5 years of experience in a marketing or communications role
\n\t\n\tStrong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail
\n\t\n\tExperience with CRM and email automation tools (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
\n\t\n\tProficient in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
\n\t\n\tExcellent organizational and time-management skills
\n\t\n\tStrong interpersonal and communication skills
\n\t\n\tExperience in the marking/coding industry is a plus
\n\t\n\tB2B marketing experience is preferred
