Pay Rate: $15–$20/hour (based on experience and reliability)

About the Role:
We’re hiring a dependable and motivated Warehouse Office Cleaner to service the administrative and common areas of a fast-paced warehouse in the Bennington area of Memphis. This position plays a key role in keeping our client’s workplace clean, safe, and organized — especially in high-traffic office, lobby, and restroom spaces.
We are looking for someone who not only delivers consistent, high-quality work but also demonstrates initiative, accountability, and the ability to support facility operations as our cleaning team grows. Candidates who thrive in this role will be considered for advancement to daytime leadership opportunities as new contracts begin.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize office areas, conference rooms, restrooms, break rooms, and reception areas inside an active warehouse facility
Perform sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal as scheduled
Restock supplies in bathrooms and kitchenettes
Follow daily task lists and complete check-ins using mobile logs or supervisor communication
Secure all cleaning materials and ensure facility is locked after shift
What We’re Looking For:
At least 1 year of commercial or warehouse cleaning experience preferred
Strong personal accountability and ability to work without direct supervision
Track record of showing up on time and completing tasks thoroughly
Clear communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients when needed
Capable of managing routine tasks while staying flexible when priorities shift
Must have reliable transportation and pass a background check
