We are partnering with a fast-growing company in the CPG space to find an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operational execution and manage key retail and eCommerce accounts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and has a strong grasp of supply chain, order management, and retailer compliance.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage operational execution across major accounts including Walmart, Amazon, Target, and others
- Oversee order fulfillment, logistics, routing, and shipping requirements
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless execution from order to delivery
- Utilize ERP systems (NetSuite preferred), retailer portals, and EDI platforms for order management
- Analyze data to identify operational efficiencies and support process improvements
- Ensure all operational activities align with account requirements, timelines, and budget expectations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Customer Service teams
- Maintain clear and professional communication with retail partners
Qualifications: - 3-5 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or account management
- Industry experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG) preferred
- Hands-on experience managing large retail accounts like Walmart, Amazon, and Target
- Proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite strongly preferred), EDI, and retailer portals
- Strong Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and time-management abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A proactive problem-solver with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
- Proven ability to execute projects within scope, budget, and deadlines
