We’re hiring an experienced Orthopedic Nurse Practitioner to lead a high-performing orthopedic and spine clinic in Marina del Rey . This full-time, hybrid role blends direct patient care with operational oversight—perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced, multidisciplinary settings.
Role Highlights:
· Monday–Friday, Day Shift
· Clinical + Administrative Duties
· Leadership in Orthopedics & Spine Care
· Collaboration with Physicians & Executives
Key Duties:
· Manage clinic operations & staff workflow
· Treat spine and foot/ankle patients
· Drive quality, compliance, and growth initiatives
· Mentor support staff
Requirements:
· CA NP license + national certification
· 2+ years in orthopedics preferred
· Leadership/clinic management experience a plus
· Strong EMR and communication skills
