Receptionist We are seeking a part time Receptionist with excellent customer service skills and a winning attitude to join a great team of people! Every other Saturday schedule provides an excellent opportunity to earn extra money without a big time commitment during your busy week! This important individual will be the first contact for many guests. Greet guests that enter the dealership as well as answer phone calls and direct them as needed. Hours are every other Saturday 9:00am to 5:00pm. There are opportunities to pick up other shifts as well. The ideal candidate will be responsible, professional and enjoy working with people. • Operate switchboard telephone system by answering phones and directing customers to the appropriate department
• Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, while minimizing hold times
• Refer customer complaints to the appropriate department for resolution
• Back up Cashier which includes receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers; make correct change and issue receipts
• Assist managers with various clerical duties as needed
• Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with customers and fellow employees

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office is a plus
• Ability to effectively communicate with guests, fellow employees and Managers
• Professional appearance
