The New Washington State Bank is looking for detail oriented, organized, and customer focused individuals to join our Team! We currently have an ENTRY level Part-Time Relationship Banker Position available at our Charlestown Branch, on-site in Charlestown, Indiana.

Primary Job Duties

The primary duties and responsibilities of this full-time position include but are not limited to:

• Promoting good customer relations by consistently providing excellent customer service
• Processing transactions such as checking and savings deposits/withdrawals, loan payments, night drops, cash advances, etc.
• Issuing personal money orders and cashiers checks
• Answering customer inquires
• Performing daily responsibilities to maintain the efficient operations of the branch

Minimum Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products and internet applications
• Ability to learn and effectively use software tools
• 1 year of prior Customer Service experience (preferably as a Teller)
