Job Description The Pega Technical Senior/Lead Developer will be responsible for supporting the PEGA Production support team and implementing Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC) based solutions. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, along with hands-on development experience with Pega software. Provide thought leadership to team members and business partners across technical and business project dimensions, solving complex requirements. Responsibilities include scope definition, requirements analysis, design, application build, configuration, testing, and deployment. Participate actively in business value assessment and requirements elaboration phases. Lead the requirements gathering, design, and construction phases to ensure successful project delivery. Ensure that solutions meet performance and functional requirements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Equivalent experience (three years of progressive experience per year of education) will also be considered. Minimum of 4 years of experience in the Information Technology field.
