This is a hybrid role requiring onsite presence 3 days a week. Required Skills: Strong experience with Pega PRPC version 7 or higher. Certified as CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect). Hands-on experience with Flows, Activities, Data Pages, Case Management, UI Rules, and Declarative Rules. Experience in integrating Pega applications with external systems using SOAP/REST services. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Confluence. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with Pega Decisioning or Pega Customer Service framework. Exposure to cloud-based Pega environments (Pega Cloud, AWS, Azure). Knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
