Responsibilities:

• Assist Physical Therapists with in-home outpatient treatments.
• Implement treatment plans to improve patient mobility and function.
• Document progress and communicate effectively with patients and PTs.

Requirements:

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) or COTA  in Arizona (or eligible).
• Minimum 1 year of outpatient or home health  related experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation for travel within the Phoenix metro area.
• Strong teamwork and patient care skills.
