\nKelly Services in partnership with the Nissan is currently seeking an experienced  mechanic skilled in powertrain to work in their Powertrain Call Center validating and authorizing the technician's diagnosis.

  • $24/hour, $25 for Master ASE Certificate\n\t
  • Monday-Friday, 7am-7pm CST availability required 8 hour shift will be within this time range\n\t
  • Occasional Saturday required: Time and a half compensation \n
\n
\n In this position, you will: \n\n
    \n\t
  • Protect the Nissan/Infiniti ownership experience by validating the technician's diagnosis.\n\t
  • Serve dealership personnel as they navigate Nissan/Infiniti policies and procedures. \n\t
  • Provide excellent customer service via phone, emails, chat, etc.,\n\t
  • Must have strong communication skills and the confidence to stand by your decisions.\n\t
  • Provide claim support to Nissan and Infiniti dealers \n\t
  • Adjudicate warranty claims to ensure timely and accurate claim payment. \n\t
  • Utilize resources like Technical Service Bulletins, Electronic Service Manuals, and Campaign publications.\n

\n Qualifications: \n\n
    \n\t
  • Thorough knowledge of the maintenance and repair of vehicles; well-versed in use of technical service manuals and tools. \n\t
  • Three or more years of "hands on" automotive repair experience. Dealership experience is a plus.\n\t
  • ASE Master preferred, must have A1, A2, and A6\n\t
  • Computer Skills:  Ability to work with multiple computer screens. Typing speed of 30 wpm or better.\n
