As a Principal Industrial Engineer, you will architect next-generation manufacturing systems and drive technical strategy. In this role, you will advance simulation technologies to architect, test, and validate manufacturing processes before implementation, ensuring maximum efficiency and scalability across our operations. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience optimizing large-scale manufacturing systems and leading transformational change in complex industrial environments. Working with a collaborative team of forward-thinking engineers, you'll blend strategic leadership with hands-on technical expertise to design innovative production systems, mentor talented teams, and set new industry standards for operational excellence. Key job responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technical vision and strategy for advanced manufacturing systems across multiple facilities
- Spearhead the development and implementation of advanced simulation frameworks as a cornerstone of our manufacturing strategy, including digital twin technology and process optimization methodologies
- Lead architectural design for complex factory systems, establishing industry-leading technical standards
- Create governance frameworks and technical roadmaps for manufacturing system development
- Drive innovation in simulation modeling, digital twin technology, and process optimization methodologies
- Build and nurture high-performing engineering teams focused on continuous improvement
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or above in Industrial, Mechanical, Civil Engineering or other related discipline
- Experience in manufacturing, process, or industrial engineering
- Experience leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, realizing customer benefits, and successful program completion
- Experience hiring, developing, and managing high-performing technical teams
- Demonstrated proficiency in simulation modeling and process optimization
- Exceptional strategic communication and executive presentation skills
