Job Description

*This is a full-time, on-site role

SUMMARY

The Product Manager is responsible for driving the strategic vision, development, and continuous enhancement of Progressive Dental’s proprietary CRM and associated SaaS modules. This role requires a systems thinker who can synthesize user needs, market trends, and internal priorities into scalable product features. The Product Manager will lead cross-functional collaboration between engineering, design, curriculum, marketing, and client success teams to ensure high adoption, seamless workflows, and measurable impact across dental practice operations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own and refine the product roadmap in alignment with company goals and client feedback.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, technical specs, and release plans.
  • Facilitate agile sprint ceremonies and maintain product backlog health.
  • Collaborate with QA, engineering, and design teams to ensure functional and user-friendly releases.
  • Analyze usage data, feature adoption, and client success metrics to prioritize improvements.
  • Collaborate with AI consultants and development teams to integrate machine learning components such as call analysis, sentiment tracking, and lead scoring
  • Help design feedback loops that use data to improve user experience and campaign performance
  • Ensure all features meet HIPAA and security standards before release
  • Conduct regular competitive analysis and synthesize emerging trends in dental technology.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer in all development initiatives.
  • Partner with internal training and support teams to develop onboarding materials and product documentation.
  • Drive product release strategies, GTM plans, and feature rollouts.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4+ years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS or healthcare technology.
  • Deep knowledge of CRM platforms, lead automation, AI engagement tools, or LMS systems.
  • Proven experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Figma, and Hotjar.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to lead cross-functional meetings and influence stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering complex products on time and within scope.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Product Management, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Certification in Agile, Scrum, or Product Management is a plus.
  • Prior experience in dental, healthcare, or martech platforms strongly preferred.
