Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Project Manager to fill an open position with one of our clients. This is an exciting opportunity to lead multiple high-impact projects in a dynamic, matrixed environment, partnering with cross-functional teams and vendors. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated driver with SaaS implementation experience and a strong ability to coordinate dependencies across multiple teams and project plans. If you're experienced in managing large-scale budgets, offshore resources, and technical initiatives, this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
Must have WRICEF
• Oversee and manage up to three concurrent projects with budgets ranging from $500K to $5M
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including offshore and vendor resources, to ensure project alignment and delivery
• Manage communication plans, stakeholder engagement, and risk/issue resolution across all projects
• Maintain financial oversight, SOW management, and compliance with project methodology and tools
The Ideal Candidate:
• 5+ years of project management experience, including SaaS implementation and SAP projects
• Strong experience with MS Project (intermediate to advanced) and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Skilled in budget management, stakeholder communication, and vendor relationships
• Familiar with PPM tools such as Project Online/Server
• Demonstrates excellent communication skills, polished presence, and ability to manage stress under pressure
• Proven leadership in a matrixed organization, with ability to influence, mentor, and deliver tough messages
• PMP certification is a plus
