Are you a seasoned professional with a flair for managing complex construction schedules? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where your expertise in Oracle Primavera P6 can be fully utilized? If so, we're looking for a Permanent Scheduler to join our dynamic team. This role is an integral part of our construction projects, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on time. You'll be at the heart of our operations, orchestrating project timelines, and ensuring our teams are perfectly synchronized. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a variety of exciting construction projects, where your strategic planning skills can truly shine.

Responsibilities:

As our Permanent Scheduler, you will be responsible for the following:

1. Developing, coordinating, and managing detailed construction schedules using Oracle Primavera P6.
2. Analyzing project timelines and identifying critical path activities, ensuring there are no delays in project completion.
3. Coordinating with project teams to understand and manage the scope of work and to develop accurate, timely, and comprehensive schedules.
4. Monitoring project progress and making necessary adjustments to the schedule to ensure timely and successful project completion.
5. Providing regular updates to project teams and stakeholders on project status, potential risks, and proposed solutions.
6. Collaborating with project managers to understand project specifications and to develop a comprehensive project plan.
7. Conducting risk analysis and developing mitigation strategies to ensure projects stay on schedule.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this role should have the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in construction scheduling or a related field.
2. Proven proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6.
3. Comprehensive understanding of construction processes, project management, and scheduling principles.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify potential issues and develop effective solutions.
5. Superior organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with project teams and stakeholders.
7. A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
8. Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) would be an added advantage.
