Job Title: Public Library Network Technician

Type: Contract (On-site, local travel between library branches)
Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced IT support technician to provide Tier II support across public libraries in Warren County. This role involves maintaining library technology systems, resolving technical issues, and supporting staff across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot issues with hardware, software, networking, and print systems
Maintain and repair print release and payment systems
Perform routine system updates and maintenance
Document IT processes and resolutions
Travel locally to support branch libraries
Work closely with library staff and IT leadership
Qualifications:
3+ years of Tier II IT support experience in libraries, education, or public environments
Experience with library systems (e.g., SirsiDynix, Sierra, Koha, Carl X, Evergreen, Bibliocommons, CloudLibrary, OverDrive)
Proficient with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and basic networking
Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel
