Job Description
Akkodis is seeking a QC Inspector for a Contract job with a client in Saint Paul, MN . The ideal candidate will have experience in material inspection, CMM and Optical system programming, and developing inspection methods while ensuring accurate documentation of non-conformances.
Rate Range: $28/hour to $30/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
QC Inspector job responsibilities include:
Performing visual, dimensional, and functional inspections according to procedures
Operating test and measurement equipment as instructed
Recording inspection and test data accurately
Assisting in the development and recommendation of inspection procedures
Documenting non-conformances in the Non-Conforming Material Review system
Desired Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
2+ years of experience in quality control or related field
Proficiency in CMM and Optical system programming
Strong knowledge of SAP for material QC requirements
Familiarity with GRR studies and data analysis
Ability to work with suppliers on quality and technical inspection matters
