Job Description Job Description: We are seeking skilled Reach truck Operators to join our team at a facility In Memphis, Tennessee. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of products throughout the warehouse, loading/unloading trucks, and ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. This is a high-paced role that requires strong attention to safety, detail, and commitment to shift schedules. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the Reach truck to move, locate, stack, and count products.
• Load and unload products from trailers and place them in designated areas.
• Safely stack and retrieve products according to order sheets.
• Maintain high accuracy and careful handling to avoid damage to products or property.
• Assist with general warehouse duties such as general labor.
• Perform daily equipment inspections to ensure forklifts are operating safely.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.

Requirements Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience operating reach truck forklifts.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work a first shift Monday- Friday
