Responsibilities: Oversee lease administration and collaborate with the lease team on existing and new leases Coordinate negotiations with other departments Challenge received CAMs Interface with property owners and management on lease terms Analyze lease agreements and financial terms Negotiate lease terms and renewals Communicate with various teams during negotiations Manage TI costs/percentages for new store spaces Coordinate with Legal Counsel as needed Facilitate store expansion processes Manage lease revisions Coordinate lease documentation with administrators Create financial reports and analyze transactions Work with VP of Real Estate to develop real estate strategies Preferred Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills Strong team collaboration Analytical mindset Requirements: Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) 5+ years in commercial real estate management, retail experience preferred Proficiency in MS Office Strong financial analysis skills About the Company: TORP Group is a recruitment firm specializing in Property and Real Estate Management, Administrative Support, Accounting, Construction Project Management, and Project Coordination.
