This is a very well known and respected company that handles transactions for real estate companies. Responsibilities will include preparing and processing escrow documents, gather information from purchase contracts, open escrow files, order payoffs and review title commitments for accuracy. Communicate with buyers, sellers, realtors, and lenders
providing updates on escrow status and respond to inquiries promptly. They need a person who has excellent organizational and time-management skills coupled with a strong attention to detail and accuracy. Working knowledge of MS Word needed. Previous experience in real estate, escrow, title, or administrative roles is preferred. They have a collaborative team spirited staff. Very nice office environment. Full package of benefits.
