Base pay range $58,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr Responsibilities Working closely with Team Executives and other support functions to provide proactive and effective general administrative assistance across a diverse range of tasks. Scheduling and coordinating meetings. Making travel arrangements and preparing expense reports. Providing other organizational support such as ordering supplies and equipment. Handling inbound calls and emails in a professional manner. Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction. Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery. Escalating customer feedback as required. Ideal Profile / Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in an Admin Assistant or Customer Service role, ideally within the Professional Services and Utilities industry. Authorized to work in the US or Canada (US and Canada applicants only). Organized with good interpersonal skills. Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and a track record of delivering high-quality work. Strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders. Highly goal-driven and able to work in fast-paced environments.
