What You Will Do * Use our state-of-the-art platform along with your existing network to identify prospective healthcare candidates
* Reach out to potential candidates to introduce MLR opportunities and gauge their interest
* Coordinate appointments between candidates and our recruiters for in-depth evaluations
* Persistently follow up with leads to nurture interest and facilitate the hiring process
* Keep precise and current records in our applicant tracking system
* Earn commissions based on meetings you arrange, interviews that take place, and successful hires resulting from your leads

Compensation Structure This is a performance-driven, commission-only role. This means there are no limits on your earning potential or the heights you can reach.
