Summary

The MIL Corporation seeks a RPA/AI Project Manager (Robotics Process Automation, Manager) to support a federal government client in Washington, DC.

Most of the work performed under this contract shall be performed at clients Washington, DC facility. Telework may be permitted at the sole discretion of the client and must be approved in writing in advance. The Contractor staff will be required to periodically provide after-hours support, including during weekends, to meet critical needs such as release deployments, break/fix activities and training of evening and midnight shift staff. It is anticipated that most after-hours support can be performed remotely.

This position is currently unfunded and is being posted in anticipation of a future contract award and funding approval. We are proactively identifying and engaging with qualified candidates. While candidates may be contacted for pre-screening, any hiring decisions will be contingent upon funding availability and final program requirements or client approval.

Responsibilities

  • Support a team in the design and deployment of RPA/AI automation solutions utilizing UiPath and other tools
  • Document and analyze client financial and business processes for automation feasibility
  • Develop strategies and recommendations for RPA/AI-enabled solutions across various on prem and cloud platforms
  • Manage project plans, RPA/AI program management plans, quality control plans, risk mitigation plans and communication strategy
  • Manage AI program Kanban boards, lead Agile SAFE ceremonies, manage integrated master schedule, support AI awareness campaigns, build and track key performance indicators (KPI), create roadmaps, assist with use case/product backlog prioritization, utilize collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence and Smartsheet
  • Provide status reports, enterprise lifecycle artifacts, security packages, configuration management plans, interface control documents, executive level presentations and meeting agendas
  • Help identify solutions that utilize various RPA, Chatbot, and cognitive tool capabilities
  • Support training, guidance, and practices for on-going and future RPA and cognitive services implementations
  • Support research and implementation of cloud and containerization technologies

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience leading RPA/AI automation projects in the Federal government sector
  • 3+ years of specific experience leading cloud-based RPA/AI automations
  • Experience with RPA software such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Kofax, etc. UiPath is preferred.
  • Experience with cognitive AI tools
  • Experience with RPA/AI Centers of Excellence (COE) and program governance
  • PMP Certification
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Must have the ability to communicate technical as well as non-technical information clearly, both orally and in writing
  • Must be a US Citizen

Desired Qualifications

  • Knowledge of government and commercial manufacturing processes
  • Strong Agile SAFE project management skills

Education

BA/BS degree in Information Technology or other relevant Business Field

For this position, the projected compensation range is $125,000 - $170,000 per year. This estimate represents the typical salary range and is just one part of MILs complete compensation package.
