Sales Support Assistant/Sourcing Specialist

Medworks, a leading Medical Staffing and Permanent Placement firm, is seeking a part-time Sales Support Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a hunter mentality and strong attention to detail.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying needs within healthcare facilities to generate leads for our business. Most of your time will be spent on the computer and phone (in a telemarketing capacity).
This is a part time remote role (preference given to candidates in the Greater Boston area) and offers the training and support of a thriving and experienced team.
We are looking for someone self-motivated, computer literate and the ability to think outside of the box.
Job Duties for the Sales Support Assistant:
*Responsible for proactively identifying new clients
*Effectively source new client leads by using ATS, job postings and online research
*Identify contacts and contact information for prospective clients
*Work to meet or exceed established targets.
*Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prospecting efforts.
*Develop a database of qualified leads from referrals through online research and ATS accounts
Qualifications:
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
*Strong research and analytical skills
*Background in sales or sales support preferred
*Ability to identify opportunity
*Strong organizational skills and tech savvy
*Background in medical terminology helpful
*Ability to multitask
